Tasting notes

Shimmering pink in colour the bubbles are fine and the mousse persistent. The intense nose is both fresh and young with aromas of fresh raspberries and blackcurrants. The palate is balanced and youthful.

Production notes

A blend of various Champagne wines from several harvests a small quantity of red wine was added before bottling to give this wine its delightful pink hue.
