Very intense nose with scents of red berries and a hint of boiled sweets. On the palate the wine is rounded lively and generous with an explosion of fruit.
Temperatures are kept low during the vinification of this rosé with the aim of conserving all its aromas. 70% of the wine is obtained by direct pressing giving a fruitier product and 30% by 'bleeding' to provide colour and distinctiveness as well as structure to the blend.
