Côtes de Provence Rosé Château Cavalier

Tasting notes

Gorgeous aromas of ripe red fruits spice and apricot blossom greet the nose. The medium-bodied palate is well-balanced with fresh fruit flavours and a good clean finish.

Production notes

Part machine-harvested part hand-picked the fruit was destemed and crushed. The must was then pressed gently from the skins and cold-settled over night. Once racked from the solids it was fermented at 16 degrees C in stainless-steel vats for 3-4 weeks. The wine was matured with the fine yeast lees for 3-4 months in tanks and was fined and filtered before bottling.

Food choice

Lovely served chilled on its own or pair with fish white meats and hot chicken salad.
