Tasting notes

Citrus fruit and spring meadows feature on the nose whilst the palate displays more lemon flavours with a touch of tangerine.

Production notes

The grapes were destemmed then pressed without being crushed. After twelve hours of maceration the juice was racked off then fermented for ten days in stainless steel tanks at 18°C followed by malolactic conversion. The wine was then kept in tank on its lees for six months to one year before it was fined filtered and bottled.
